<p>We&rsquo;re partnering with a fast-growing, highly respected&nbsp;Cyber Insurance Start-up&nbsp;with&nbsp;a well-received&nbsp;market&nbsp;technology&nbsp;offering,&nbsp;seeking a&nbsp;successful&nbsp;Broker Distribution Manager&nbsp;to drive broker engagement, distribution growth and revenue across the UK market. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute&nbsp;and successful&nbsp;Specialty BDM or a Cyber Development Underwriter who understands broker dynamics, can build trusted relationships, and consistently delivers against challenging targets.</p>

<p><b>About You</b></p>

	<li>3&ndash;5+ years&rsquo; successful Specialty Insurance&nbsp;Broker&nbsp;Sales experience,&nbsp;or&nbsp;a Development Underwriter&nbsp;in Cyber</li>
	<li>Experience selling into Insurance Brokers and/or MGAs&nbsp;is highly advantageous&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Strong network of Insurance Brokers with direct contacts to key decision makers&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Clear, demonstrable record of exceptional sales performance</li>
	<li>Confident relationship builder with strong commercial instincts</li>
	<li>Professional, credible, and comfortable operating autonomousl</li>
	<li>Within easy access to C London for 3 hybrid days per week</li>
