As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Talent Consultant to join our Professional Services team.

This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll manage recruitment assignments for an established portfolio of clients while building lasting relationships with exceptional candidates.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll learn how to identify talent, conduct professional interviews, manage recruitment projects and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
Rather than spending your time generating new business, your focus will be on delivering exceptional recruitment campaigns, providing first-class account management and ensuring every client and candidate receives an outstanding level of service.
Whether you’re a graduate with some commercial experience or already working in a client-facing role, we’ll provide the training, mentoring and support to help you build a successful long-term career.
Your Career Journey
You’ll begin within our Professional Services division, developing the skills and commercial awareness that underpin successful Executive Search.
Professional Services offers a rewarding career in its own right. However, consultants who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance may have the opportunity to progress into our specialist Insurtech Executive Search team, working with innovative technology businesses across the UK and Europe on senior appointments, retained search assignments and leadership hires.

Previous recruitment experience is welcomed but certainly isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in graduates with some business experience or individuals from account management, customer success, financial services, hospitality, estate agency or other relationship-focused roles. License and own transport needed.
