We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales to drive innovative, high-impact partnerships across sectors like telco, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for embedded insurance solutions and a proven track record in insurance or reinsurance - based in the DACH region with fluent German and ready to shape the future of customer protection experiences on a global scale.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of complex, value-driven partnerships across telco, mobility, finance, and e-commerce sectors

Act as a strategic advisor on embedding financial protection products into B2C ecosystems

Own and nurture relationships with insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and capital markets

Craft new product offerings leveraging global capabilities and external partnerships

Quantify client risks and build innovative solutions in emerging and traditional markets

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on growth goals

Represent the brand at industry events and foster long-term strategic visibility

Mentor and inspire team members as a collaborative leader and problem solver
Requirements:

6-8+ years Strategic Embedded Partnership Sales roles from Insurance or Insurtech (relevant roles and achievements must be clearly highlighted on your CV)

Strong expertise in structuring reinsurance, capital markets, or insurance-linked securities programs

Deep understanding of insurance fundamentals (risk, exposure, coverage)

Executive presence and comfort with ambiguity and innovation

Proactive, creative thinker with top-tier communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results
