We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of critical business outcomes. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind first class SaaS Project Delivery and will focus on agile practices. This opportunity is ideal for someone based in the European Union excellent language skills.
Responsibilities

Leading cross functional squads to align software delivery initiatives with strategic goals

Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to translate requirements into deliver plans

Coaching team on agile methodologies and leading sprint planning and refinements

Stakeholder collaboration and reporting

Optimise delivery workflows and resource allocation

Risk management and problem-solving
Requirements
-
5+ years SaaS project delivery in an agile environment

Insurance or SaaS Financial Services experience ideal

Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Practioner

Fluency in Italian, plus either French, Spanish or German

Proficiency with Jira/Confluence tools
