This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving strong sales results. You’ll take ownership of the full sales process - from first sales enquiry through to home completion - ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless journey to their new home.
Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the customer sales journey, from initial contact through to completion and handover

Act as the main point of contact for purchasers, providing an outstanding, professional service at all times

Promote recommended partners including mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure efficient customer progression

Monitor sales performance and deliver against agreed targets

Maintain site presentation and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures

Undertake market research, support marketing activities, and proactively generate leads

Conduct home demonstrations and manage aftercare visits following move-in
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential property sales

Strong customer service focus and results-driven approach
-
Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Flexibility to work one in two Saturdays or bank holiday hours as needed

Based within 30 minute drive of Maidenhead
