We are seeking a Property Claims Manager to join a Property Insurance Claims Team for our impressive client, where you’ll take the lead in managing property claims with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full claims process for property related claims – both domestic and commercial
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support throughout the claims process
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory conclusion
- Address and resolve disputes or escalated claims with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of property related claims and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- High degree of IT competency
- Detail-orientated with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Relevant professional qualifications (Dip CILA/CII) or keen to undertake sponsored study
