We're partnering with an innovative global technology business that's transforming the Property & Casualty insurance market through cutting-edge AI solutions. As they continue to expand their UK presence, they're looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to become the trusted advisor behind some of their most strategic client engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in AI innovation while working with some of the most recognised insurers and Lloyd's market organisations. This is more than a traditional pre-sales position. This is a career growth role, where you will be helping to shape AI transformation journeys within London Market Insurance.

Responsibilities
- Focusing on pre-sales engagements from initial discovery through to proposal and solution presentation
- Delivering engaging demonstrations and proof of concepts tailored to client challenges
- Acting as the bridge between commercial teams and Product Engineering to ensure solutions are both innovative and deliverable
- Advising senior insurance stakeholders on how AI can transform business processes and operational performance
- Supporting pursuit strategies and helping progress strategic opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Staying ahead of developments across AI, agentic AI and the London insurance market
Requirements
- A few years’ Insurtech experience which includes some Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting and client-facing activities
- Strong Property & Casualty insurance knowledge, ideally within the London Insurance Market
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading customer workshops and demonstrations
- A good understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to work across both commercial and technical teams
- Professional insurance qualifications (ACII/CII) or an MBA would be advantageous but aren't essential
