We are working with a fast-paced automotive services Client, with a vacancy for an Insights Specialist for Dialler Systems, to join their busy Operations team in the West of Reading. You’ll play a key role in maximising contact centre performance, by managing outbound dialler operations, create insightful reports, and help teams work smarter through data-led decisions. This role is perfect for a data specialist who thrives on problem-solving, precision, and making an impact behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise outbound dialler lists, scripts, and campaign performance

Monitor real-time call flow and agent productivity, making adjustments to improve efficiency

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal teams and external partners

Produce accurate weekly and monthly partner commission reports

Create internal performance reports covering leads, sales, and margins

Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple databases

Maintain data integrity, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations

Support marketing and campaign data requests, ensuring smooth data transfers

Liaise with sales, marketing, operations, and partner teams to align reporting requirements
Requirements

Proven experience managing dialler systems in a contact centre environment

Advanced skills in Power BI (including DAX, data modelling, and publishing)

Strong SQL skills for reporting and data manipulation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query
-
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and accuracy

Desirable: Experience with MaxContact, UBIQ reporting, or FreshDesk reporting
