Partnerships Manager – Global Insurtech
Remote (UK) | c.£80,000 + Package
Are you an Insurtech Partnerships professional who thrives on building meaningful, revenue-driving relationships across the insurance market?
A leading global Insurtech is looking to appoint a Partnerships Manager to help grow and deepen strategic relationships with Insurers, MGAs and Brokers across the UK market. This is a highly visible role, offering autonomy, genuine flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a respected, well-established technology platform. You’ll work predominantly from home, with regular client visits and market engagement — ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building with commercial impact.
The Role
• Own and develop strategic partnerships with Insurers, MGAs and Broker networks
• Act as a trusted commercial partner, positioning technology solutions that solve real market problems
• Identify, nurture and convert partnership opportunities into long-term revenue
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and leadership teams
• Represent the business at client meetings, events and industry forums
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years’ experience in a Partnerships role within Insurtech or Insurance Technology
• A strong existing network across UK Insurers, MGAs and/or Brokers
• Commercially minded, confident engaging at senior stakeholder level
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Must not be a Broker (this is a technology partnerships role, not broking)
Why This Role?
• Join a globally recognised Insurtech with a proven platform
• High-trust, low-bureaucracy culture
• Real influence over partnership strategy
• Competitive salary circa £80,000 plus benefits
• Fully remote in the UK with regular client interaction
If you’re currently in Insurtech partnerships, enjoy building high-value relationships, and want a role where your network and expertise genuinely matter — this is well worth a confidential conversation.
