A rapidly scaling risk and resilience Insurtech is seeking a UK Partnerships Manager to build and strengthen strategic relationships across a key Insurance Specialty.
The role focuses on driving long-term partner engagement, co-commercial opportunities, and market influence in a sector undergoing significant transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with relevant industry bodies, commercial partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Build tailored partnership strategies that support growth and increase product adoption
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationship management and mutual value delivery
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership activities with business objectives
- Identify co-marketing, co-branding, and revenue-share opportunities that enhance partner alignment
- Analyse market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Represent the organisation at industry events and forums to build awareness and thought leadership
- Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Key Requirements
- Proven success with sales and partnerships gained within an Insurtech or SaaS Insurance role
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and industry organisations
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and scale partnership programmes
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how partnerships drive revenue and product adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with a structured approach to planning and reporting
- Capable at collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Comfortable working on a hybrid basis – 2 or 3 days per week in Central London
