Are you an experienced Marketing professional looking to drive brand consistency, customer engagement and high-impact communications? We’re recruiting for a capable Marketing Programme Manager to oversee UK-wide marketing activity, deliver effective campaigns, optimise CRM, and develop branding and communication strategies that strengthen relationships across the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver marketing plans, campaigns and content aligned to annual objectives

Maintain and refresh marketing materials, strategic tools and website content

Manage external agencies, ensuring strong performance against SLAs and KPIs

Oversee CRM systems and data accuracy, ensuring compliant and effective usage

Plan and evaluate CRM campaigns to support customer retention and engagement

Manage marketing stock and inventory with strong process control
-
Coordinate internal communications and cross-functional messaging
-
Provide CRM and system training to internal teams

Support wider business projects and marketing-led operational improvements
Requirements
-
Proven marketing experience with strong campaign management capability

CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) and confidence with Google Analytics and data-driven marketing

Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills

Strong Microsoft Office and administrative abilities
-
Desirable: any automotive industry knowledge or experience (please outline in your CV)

Any PR agency experience could also be useful- not essential

Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
