Key Account Manager – France (Insurance)

100k-120k Euros on base plus Ote
Are you an experienced Key Account Manager or Partnerships professional with a strong background in the insurance sector? Do you enjoy owning strategic client relationships and driving growth within a fast-scaling global insurtech environment? We’re working with a market-leading international insurtech platform that partners with insurers, distributors and major brands to deliver embedded insurance solutions across Europe and beyond. We have an opportunity for a French-speaking Key Account Manager, based in France, to support and grow key strategic accounts.
The Role
- Manage and leverage business within a strategic high-value insurance distribution partner in France
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive commercial growth, renewals and upsell opportunities
- Identify new partnership opportunities and support go-to-market initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, operations, legal) to ensure successful delivery
- Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
About You
- Native or fluent French with strong professional English
- Currently living in France or the UK with full right to work
- Solid experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Partnerships within Insurance
- Strong understanding of business drivers, revenue models and performance metrics
- Any specific SaaS Embedded insurance experience could be advantageous
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of managing complex client relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
