Responsibilities
- Working as part of a friendly, vibrant team to provide clients with advice on products and services
- Liaising both face-to-face with clients and over the phone
- Building positive relationships with clients and providing competitive quotes
- Developing excellent product knowledge and handling internal queries and customers’ questions
- Spotting sales opportunities and moving them through to a successful conclusion
Requirements
- Previous sales experience ( retail or office based) working towards Sales KPIs
- Friendly, confident and persuasive communicator who can build productive relationships easily
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and ambitious about building a career
