Graduate Project Coordinator – Global Insurance
London – Hybrid working, with two days per week in the office
Salary to c£30,000
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PMO Coordinator to join a leading global insurance organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to develop their career within a successful international business. Working as part of the PMO, you will help to coordinate and support a varied portfolio of client projects. The role will involve managing multiple priorities, arranging meetings and appointments for Directors and Managers, and ensuring project activities remain organised and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments across a range of client projects
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Directors, Managers and project teams
- Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation and action logs
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on actions to help keep projects progressing
- Organise internal and client meetings, including coordinating attendees and preparing relevant information
- Support resource planning and scheduling across multiple projects
- Coordinate interview appointments when the business is recruiting new team members
- Liaise professionally with colleagues, clients, candidates and other stakeholders
- Respond effectively to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Candidates will need:
- Previous experience in project administration, project coordination, complex scheduling or a similar position
- Experience gained within a commercial or professional services organisation - Insurance is ideal
- 2:1 min Degree in academic subject (Business or Technology ideal)
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, methodical approach
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and helpful manner when working with senior colleagues and clients
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
This position would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy teams, is comfortable coordinating multiple diaries and deadlines, and would like to build their experience within the PMO function of a global insurance organisation.
