Graduate PA – Insurance
London – Hybrid working, with two days per week in C London office
Salary to £30,000
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Graduate PA to join a leading global insurance organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate looking to develop their career within a successful international business. Providing PA support to the team, you will help to coordinate and support a varied portfolio of client and hiring projects. The role will involve managing multiple priorities, arranging meetings and appointments for Directors and Managers, and ensuring project activities remain organised and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments across a range of client projects for key Director
- Provide day-to-day administrative support at senior level, including other key Directors and Managers where applicable
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on actions to help keep projects progressing
- Organise internal and client meetings, including coordinating attendees and preparing relevant information
- Support resource planning and scheduling across multiple projects
- Coordinate interview appointments when the business is recruiting new team members
- Liaise professionally with colleagues, clients, candidates and other stakeholders
- Respond effectively to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Candidates will need:
- 2:1 min Degree in academic subject (Business or Technology ideal)
- Some previous experience in scheduling appointments (could be done during a Placement year in business)
- Experience gained within a commercial organisation - Insurance is ideal
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, methodical approach
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Close to London to commute to the office
