We are looking for a Finance & Credit Control Manager to join a small multi award winning commercial SME business with a solid reputation based in Reading. This opportunity is ideal for a well-motivated candidate looking to lead a small Finance team in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports
- Prepare budgets and projections
- Leading a small, reporting team
- Management of KPI metrics and analysis
- Oversight of inventory/order/accountancy systems and software
- Monitoring financial operations within the company, including invoicing and other transactions
- Payroll coordination and management
- Managing credit control processes through to escalation
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant preferred
- Experience of leading a Finance Team within a smaller business
- Payroll Management and Credit Control experience
- Microsoft Office skills including strong Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
