This field-based role offers a great opportunity to grow the existing business portfolio with Dealerships and Garages in the automotive services space, with the opportunity to over-achieve for mutual financial benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Sales Portfolio: Achieve set sales account management targets to deliver on contractual KPIs
- Develop B2B Customer Relationships: Build and maintain successful, productive partnerships
- Team Collaboration: Actively contribute as a proactive team member to support overall success
- Sales Innovation: Use creativity and a deep understanding of the sales process to drive business growth and implement new ideas
Requirements
- Proven field-sales experience with a solid track record of sales achievement
- Experience in the automotive and vehicle warranty sector essential, ideally with a network of established relationships
- Proficient in modern IT systems and CRM tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
