Job Title: Liability Adjuster – Third Party Property Damage
Location: South West UK
Salary: to £55,000
Our client, an impressive and well-respected loss adjusting business, is seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join their growing team, covering the Southwest and surrounding areas. You will leverage your technical expertise and experience to proactively assess and report on injury and third-party property claims, ensuring full compliance with client requirements and service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and proactive claims professional who enjoys managing their own caseload, engaging with clients, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Injury and Third-Party Property Claims
- Demonstrating a high level of technical quality and service delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Participating positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestions
- Communicating effectively and proactively with all relevant parties using the most effective and expeditious means, prioritising telephone contact to ensure claims are proactively managed
- Promoting and supporting the TCF principles
- Ensuring adherence to contractual/client SLAs and KPIs
Key Skills:
- Solid experience within injury and Motor-related claims
- Excellent degree of knowledge of liability-related claims and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
- Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
- Ability to maintain a flexible approach
- Minimum Cert CILA / CII, or willing to work towards

Hours of work: Standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work from home or office.
