Construction Consultant- Contractor Management
to £55,000 + great benefits package
Remote/UK-based - regular travel to sites
We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly regarded building services group. This is a home-based construction management opportunity, involving operational responsibility for the performance of contractor services across either Southeast England, the Midlands or Scotland, depending on your location. This position would require regular travel to work sites within your region. Our client is particularly interested in experienced Construction professionals who demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a focus on delivering market-leading building services and solutions. Standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work from home /office.
Responsibilities:

Overseeing performance of Contractor Building Services within the region

Ensuring outstanding client-focused service standards

Contributing positively and constructively as a member of a team, sharing knowledge and offering feedback and suggestions

Ensuring adherence to contractual and client SLA and KPI requirements

Communicating proactively and effectively with senior stakeholders and national teams through the most appropriate channels

Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of construction principles and best practices

Demonstrating required standard of technical competence, accuracy, and service delivery
Key Requirements:

Previous experience must cover Building Construction, Contractor Management, Compliance, and Health and Safety legislation

Knowledge and experience in building claims and insurance

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Advanced IT proficiency, supporting the utilisation of diverse platforms and applications

Effective collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently

Capacity to perform accurately under pressure, meeting deadlines and service standards

Comprehensive awareness of client requirements and their significance

Valid UK driving licence
