Our client is a highly respected and well-established global insurance group seeking a Claims Executive to deliver high-quality support and provide claims advocacy for a portfolio of high-profile national and international clients. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a collaborative team delivering claims advocacy for high-profile national and international clients
- Provide technical advice and assist with complex, high-value claims
- Attend client meetings, including renewals and claims reviews, and analyse industry claim trends
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main day-to-day claims contact
- Deliver high standards of service, ensuring a proactive and client-focused approach
- Support senior handlers on larger accounts, including reviewing notifications and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and insurers, challenging where necessary to achieve the best outcomes
- Demonstrate strong organisation, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Insurance Claims - essential
- Located withing easy daily reach of Croydon - essential
- A strong drive with a commercial mindset
- A willingness to learn
- Able to focus and meet deadlines
- Able to communicate in an appropriate manner
