We are partnering with an established international Insurtech entering an exciting phase of UK expansion. As part of their growth strategy, our client is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business activity across the London insurance market. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, this role is designed for a natural dealmaker - someone who thrives on building new relationships, creating opportunities, and securing high-value partnerships. Regularly based in London (c2 days per week), there is a real networking focus including regular client meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities

Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting strategic opportunities with insurers, brokers, and Insurtech stakeholders

Build, manage, and prioritise a strong pipeline of high-value deals within a small fast-paced, agile team
Requirements

Based within one hour of C London, with flexibility to attend regular meetings, networking events, and industry functions
