AVP Sales (P&C Insurance)
Hybrid (1-2 days in London per week)
to c£110k base + double OTE

The Role Overview
As AVP Sales, you’ll take ownership of new business growth across the UK, with a clear mandate to build pipeline, close deals, and help shape the wider sales strategy. You’ll be trusted to operate autonomously day-to-day, while also collaborating closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans and long-term commercial strategy. You will network proactively, open new doors, uncover strategic needs and challenges of insurance MGAs and Brokers, develop new business and in leveraging future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record opening enterprise-level deals in the P&C MGA & Broker space
- 5+ years breadth and depth of P&C Insurance knowledge and experience
- Strong network of Insurance contacts in MGAs, Brokers and ideally European Insurance space
- A true self-starter who is confident as an individual contributor
- Comfortable selling transformation solutions, not just specific products - able to confidently discuss delivery and implementation
- Awareness of main commercial offerings for Broker technology solutions
- Well educated and commercially sharp, high-energy, and credible at C-suite level
- Living with easy access to C. London for 1-2 hybrid days per week
- Collaborative mindset - able to strategise, not just execute
