Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails, portal messages, and callback requests regarding claims or insurance inquiries
- Provide clear and timely updates on claim progress and outcomes
- Handle general service queries, including warranty and insurance-related questions
- Assess motor claims for Alloy, Tyre, Cosmetic, and GAP policies
- Review photographic evidence to determine claim eligibility
- Validate GAP claims with supporting documentation
- Communicate decisions to customers and explain next steps
- Liaise with approved repairers to arrange services for eligible claims
- Follow up post-resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of service throughout the claims process
- Assist the wider team with general customer service tasks as required
Requirements:
- Experience working in Automotive Insurance Claims
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret insurance policy terms
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Must live within the Reading area and have own transport
