We are partnering with a prestigious global technology consultancy, investing heavily in its Insurance practice. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop strategic relationships within London Market Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance. This is a highly visible role focused on leveraging relationships and growing revenue within a small number of key strategic accounts, working closely with senior insurance stakeholders.
The Role

Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic London Market Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance accounts

Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and drive revenue growth

Work collaboratively across sales, consulting, and delivery teams to maximise client value

Act as a strategic partner to clients, proactively identifying challenges and delivering solutions

Leverage strong insurance market knowledge rather than deep technical SaaS expertise
About You

5-8+ years' experience in Account Management, Client Management, or Strategic Sales within the Specialty Insurance market

Strong track record of growing revenue within existing accounts

Experience working for an Insurtech, insurer, consulting firm, technology provider, or professional services organisation serving the insurance sector

Understanding of the London Market and Specialty/Reinsurance landscape ideal

Commercially minded, relationship-driven, and highly motivated

Confident, energetic and engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence business outcomes
